By creating an account and/or distributing music through Winning Distro, you agree to abide by the terms, conditions, policies, and practices outlined herein. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.

User Representations & Responsibilities


As a Winning Distro user, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
  • You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, distribute, or monetize the content you submit.
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or publicity/privacy rights.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Promptly notify Winning Distro of any unauthorized activity in your account.
  • Indemnify and hold harmless Winning Distro, its staff, partners, and affiliates against any legal claims related to your uploaded content.

Music Distribution Rights


By uploading content to Winning Distro, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Distribute, reproduce, display, and market your content to digital platforms.
  • Collect and process royalties on your behalf.
  • Administer metadata, artwork, and licensing as required by third-party DSPs.
You retain full ownership of your master recordings and compositions.

Royalty Splits & Payment


  • Artists will receive 85% of net royalties collected from platforms.
  • Payments will be issued monthly via the selected payment method, provided your balance meets the minimum threshold of $50.00 USD.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, banking fees, or currency conversions related to your earnings.

Content Review & Takedowns


  • Winning Distro reserves the right to investigate DMCA claims and enforce takedowns when appropriate.
  • Reject, remove, or flag content that violates these terms.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts found to be abusing the system, uploading unlicensed content, or violating applicable terms, conditions, policies, privacy, or laws.
